Stripped, shot blasted to bare metal, rebuilt with new seals and pressure tested. Carriers included.
Brake Caliper Painting
Standard colours or high-end paint in any colour you name, with logos and stencils. Painted, not powder coated, because powder coat softens when brakes get hot.
Un-Seize & Repair
A fast problem solver for the motor trade. Pistons freed, seals replaced, carriers cleaned and re-greased free.

About Brake Caliper Specialists
What does Brake Caliper Specialists do?
We refurbish, repair and paint brake calipers, and nothing else. Brake Caliper Specialists Limited has done this from our workshop in Long Eaton since 2010. Customers range from owner drivers to main dealers and supercar builders.
Where are you based?
Long Eaton, between Nottingham and Derby, a few minutes from Junction 25 of the M1. Almost everything arrives by courier, though, so where you are makes no difference to the price or the service.
Do you take calipers from outside the UK?
Yes. We regularly receive calipers from Ireland, mainland Europe, the US, Australia and the Middle East. Ask us about shipping when you request a price.
How do I get a price?

What's the difference between a refurb and painting?
A refurbishment is mechanical: stripped, cleaned, rebuilt with new seals and pressure tested, so a tired or seized caliper works like new. Painting is the finish, in any colour, on top of a function check. The Works combines the two.
