We have refurbished hundreds of Alcon calipers, we are very efficient and you’ll get a great service which you will only tell others about. We usually have no problem with sourcing Alcon brake parts as BCS have a great relationship with Alcon.
Alcon Brake Caliper Parts
Alcon brakes are excellent calipers, most tend to use a fluid seal along side an internal dust seal, this makes everything much neater and removes piston dust-cover obstacles when replacing pads. But they aren’t as effective as a complete external dust-cover which is fitted and secured into the cast and stretched around the piston collar. That said, Alcon calipers are thoroughbred race calipers most of the time and are designed for heavy use and occasional servicing.
We have refurbished hundreds of Alcons and parts are usually easy to get hold of as we get on so well with Alcon. We are sub-distributors via Lichfield Imports who are great to work with.

Race Team & Track Cars using Alcons Brake Calipers
When cosmetics isn’t an issue and you just need to maintain a set of calipers between events the ideal service is the Brake Un-Seize & Repair service. To keep the costs down and the turnaround time fast, we won’t replace parts on your Alcon calipers unless they are showing signs of wear or you just want us to anyway. The process is simple: Un-seize pistons, strip, degrease, ultrasonic clean, re-grease, reassemble and finally pressure and function test.

All prices include VAT at 20% Every now and then you could upgrade to a full refurbishment of the caliper or for special events go for our high-end painting service. Our paint can cope with anything a track car can throw at it, our paint has been used on some of the quickest cars we have ever heard of.
